William Ketterer is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Truss Peak. In this role, he develops the firm’s acquisition strategy, oversees carrier management, and works with potential carrier counterparties to craft mutually beneficial acquisition and reinsurance transactions. William is a member of Truss Peak’s board of directors and the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Truss Peak, he was the Longevity Chief Investment Officer at Obra Capital (formerly Vida Capital) for three years and Chief Investment Officer of Avmont LLC from 2015 until 2020, when it was acquired by Vida Capital. William began his career at KBC Financial Products in the convertible bonds trading group. He graduated from the University of Vermont in 2001 with a bachelor of science in business administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.

Patrik R Guindon is the Chief Actuary of Truss Peak. In this role, he performs appointed administrative duties, underwrites and negotiates the firm’s target insurance transactions, monitors post-close performance, and identifies areas of block- and portfolio-wide optimization. Since 2001, Patrik has served as Chief Actuary, Appointed Actuary and Chief Risk Officer of public and privately held insurance companies, has provided Mergers & Acquisitions, Underwriting & Due diligence consulting services, and has owned and operated a small insurance company and fully licensed Third Party Administrator from 2003 through 2011. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University of Burnaby, British Columbia, with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Patricia King is the Accounting and Compliance Manager of Truss Peak. In her role, Patricia oversees the firm’s acquisitions and advises on the best accounting policies and practices, ensuring a smooth transition. Prior to Truss Peak, she worked as an accountant in the Insurance and Biopharmaceutical industries. She completed her undergraduate degree at Framingham State University and proceeded to Assumption University, where she obtained her MBA in Finance and Accounting.
